Got it curing right now.2 hours at 225 with nothing but smoke,the gonna add some chicken and pork chops

Got it curing right now.2 hours at 225 with nothing but smoke,the gonna add some chicken and pork chops I see you all are trying to make me 350pds again ain't ya..  |

I'm actually trying to eat healthier......One of the reasons for the smoker,less fried foods.Have not had a carbonated drink in a week now.No alcohol in 9 months.......can't give up my coffee though. |

I see you all are trying to make me 350pds again ain't ya.. I'm actually trying to eat healthier......One of the reasons for the smoker,less fried foods.Have not had a carbonated drink in a week now.No alcohol in 9 months.......can't give up my coffee though. get rid of the sugar and creamer in the coffee, not the coffee itself....unless you have kidney issues... |

NO ALCOHOL ?????????? How hard is that smoker to clean up Jeff ?? Looks sweeeeeeet !!! LOL,nope no alcohol. Clean up is a breeze,hot soapy water for the pans.I don't wipe down the insides.Let the creosote build up to add taste.....Just put a deer roast on with cajun rub and injection. |
