Mike, what's your favorite blank ?? I like the MHX blanks...They sponsor Larry Dahlberg ( Hunt for Big Fish), But they are almost all 1 piece rods....I do like the IM6/8 blanks as well, it really is up to the person who is gonna use it....

What's the difference between an MHX and the IM# Blanks? MHX blanks are lighter and are application specific each rod blank has a serial number for the warranty, and they are not available in any pre made rod in the world.... IM6/8 are mass produced so the prices are cheaper as there is a larger supply of blanks... Don't get me wrong IM6/8 rods are great rods for the $ but if I want true custom that no one else has I am going MHX..... MHX blanks are about double the $ as IM6/8...

I just showed Elizabeth her rod and she got really excited.
We need to find a time to meet but it has been crazy around here the past few months. I'm hoping things slow down soon as the girls need some bubba time.

I have to make a run to Mcduffie county soon and thought I'd see about knocking out two bird with one stone. Grant will likely be in the hospital this weekend so I could make a trip down Saturday if it works for you.
