This is an easy one: 1 - large bottle of Srirachi 1 - bottle of Teriyaki 1 - bottle of honey 1 - cup of water 1 - stick of unsalted butter 1 - cup of apple cider vinegar Mix all ingredients in a pot until thoroughly blended and just to a boil let cool some, put them in jars and store in the fridge. Sorry for not getting pics of the sauce in action with wings, but we got caught up in the taste test moment and couldn't stop. I did find that my usual practice of grilling the wings til almost done and tossing them in sauce and putting them back on the grill kind of kills some of the effect of the Srirachi in this mix, so we tried cooking the wings til done then tossing them in the sauce and eating them wet, and they WERE killer wings.
