Everyone needs to know how to make a good Fattie for the smoker. All it takes is a pound of bacon, make a woven mat out of it. Take your favorite ground meat (sausage preferably)and pat it out flat. Then whatever you wanna stuff it with. Roll it up and slap it on the smoker / grill. I do mine on the Akorn at 250 until the bacons good and crisp.

I usually go simple. Hot sausage and Gouda cheese. I do add some BBQ rub inside and out before I add the bacon wrap.
