Y'all, this is a KILLER meal. I can't take the credit for the recipe, as it's from The Pioneer Woman's website, but MAN, I made it and snapped a pic. If you like spinach artichoke dip, you're going to love this: She usually posts a little printable version of the recipe, but this is an older post, so she doesn't have it listed. If you click on the link, you'll get her post on it. The coolest thing about her recipes, are the picture tutorials she posts. So you can see exactly what you should have during the process. It's a new favorite of mine, for sure. The only tweaks I plan on making are more spinach and fresher garlic. I had a head that was a little soft, so it wasn't as flavorful as it could have been. Also, you can totally skip the panko crumbs on the top. It doesn't really add anything to the dish but a little crunch.
